By accessing or using Wallet Fit (walletfit.app), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Wallet Fit provides credit card rewards optimization and financial analytics tools. We calculate reward points and cash back estimates based on manual spending logs or automated transactions imported via Plaid. All recommendations are generated by our proprietary cap-aware greedy allocation engine, optimized for the Canadian credit card ecosystem.

3. Algorithmic Recommendations Disclaimer

Our recommendation engine is intended for informational and educational purposes only. Credit card terms, annual fees, promotional welcome bonuses, and points values are subject to change by their respective issuers (e.g., American Express, CIBC, RBC, Scotiabank) without notice. While we make every effort to maintain catalog accuracy, we do not guarantee the correctness of any reward calculations. Wallet Fit is not a financial advisor. You are solely responsible for verifying card details and eligibility requirements before applying.

4. Bank Connections & Security

When you use the automated bank connection features (Wallet Fit Pro), you connect your financial institutions through Plaid. Plaid's handling of your bank credentials and data is subject to Plaid's Privacy Policy. Wallet Fit does not store, see, or have access to your bank login credentials.

5. Subscription Billing

Some features of Wallet Fit are paid services (Wallet Fit Pro). Billing is processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the in-app Stripe Customer Portal. Upon cancellation, your access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

6. Limitation of Liability

Wallet Fit and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use our service.

7. Governing Law

These terms and your use of the website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
